There are two CTET test papers in the exam, that is, Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates who want to teach Classes I-V need to give Paper-I whereas Paper-II needs to be given by aspirants who want to be eligible to teach Classes VI to VIII. The CTET 2018 exam pattern is such that aspirants need to attempt multiple choice questions. Candidates are informed that in order to be eligible to be appointed as a teacher for Class I to VIII, aspirants need to pass Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) that is conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with Guidelines as framed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). “As per NCTE notification No. 76-4/2010/NCTE/Acad Dated 11.02.2011: A person who scores 60% or more in the TET exam will be considered as TET pass”, informs the official website.
